About
The Mission
At All Seasons Counselling and Wellbeing, my mission is to foster an open and warm environment for those seeking support. I believe in the healing power of nature and strive to incorporate this into my counselling approach, making every client feel valued and understood.

About me
I believe counselling should be accessible for all. However, for some, sitting in a room and talking can feel like a challenge. This view, coupled with a firm belief in the positive impact that nature has on our wellbeing, has lead me to where I am today. I offer counselling sessions in a local woodland 'walk and talk' setting, in a comfortable room or remotely via video link/phone. I offer a person centred approach, integrating the theory that feels the most helpful to you. I provide a confidential, warm and authentic space to develop a therapeutic relationship for exploring feelings and what is important to you.
I have over 20 years experience in the charity sector, working with people who have encountered difficulties overcoming challenges and have supported them in finding their way. For the past seven years I have worked more specifically with those aged 13 - 25 and linked in with local CAMHS services. I have also worked with adult survivors of domestic abuse.
I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor as well as a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their ethical guidelines. I also hold a DBS which enables me to work with adults, children and young people. I keep up to date with safeguarding training and regularly access additional training to continue my professional development.
